Cellulite Reduction

TICKLE SMOOTH BY AVELI™

ACHIEVE LONG-LASTING CELLULITE REDUCTION

Zelko Aesthetics in Milwaukee and Naperville is thrilled to offer Tickle Smooth by Avéli™, a revolutionary procedure for achieving long-lasting cellulite reduction. Cellulite is a common concern among women, characterized by dimples on the skin’s surface, typically on the thighs or buttocks. The primary structural cause of cellulite is the fibrous bands called septa, which tether the skin to underlying structures.

What is TickleSmooth
By Aveli

Tickle Smooth by Avéli™ targets and releases these septa bands in a minimally invasive, single procedure, resulting in visibly smoother skin.

The Tickle Smooth by Avéli™ procedure uses a handheld device to manually target and release the septa bands causing cellulite dimples. The procedure is performed under the skin and confirms the release in real-time, delivering quick results. The Tickle Smooth by Avéli™ procedure is suitable for women with varying degrees of cellulite severity, and a single procedure can fully treat cellulite dimples on both buttocks and thighs.

If you are a woman in Milwaukee and Naperville looking for a single, minimally invasive in-office procedure that offers a long-term reduction in cellulite dimples, Tickle Smooth by Avéli™ could be the solution for you. Our providers will determine if you are a candidate during a consultation.

Tickle Smooth FAQs

How do I know if Tickle Smooth by Avéli™ is right for me?

If you are a woman looking for long-term reduction in cellulite dimples from a single, minimally invasive in-office procedure, Tickle Smooth by Avéli™ could be for you!

Does Tickle Smooth by Avéli only treat cellulite dimples?

Tickle Smooth by Avéli™ treats the septa bands causing cellulite dimples from the inside-out. It is not a procedure that addresses other concerns often seen alongside cellulite, such as laxity or pockets of fat.

Will I need multiple sessions?

Tickle Smooth by Avéli™ is designed to be a single, in-office procedure. During a single procedure, Dr. Zelko can identify and release the dimpled cellulite targets on both your buttocks and thighs.

How long does an Avéli procedure take?

A typical Tickle Smooth by Avéli™ procedure will take around an hour, including local anesthesia and the procedure itself. The exact timing will vary depending on your personalized procedure plan from Dr. Zelko.

Is there any downtime after the procedure?

Little to none. In the clinical study, most patients returned to normal activities within 24-48 hours.

Are there any side effects?

In the clinical study, the most common side effects reported were mild pain within the first 24 hours and bruising and tenderness to the touch which typically resolved within 30 days. Small areas of firmness, usually not visible or painful, typically resolved in a couple of months.

Can I work out or exercise after the procedure?

It is recommended to avoid any strenuous activities or workouts in the first few days/weeks after the procedure to allow the area to heal.

How quickly will I see improvement in my cellulite?

The results of your Tickle Smooth by Avéli™ procedure should be visible once swelling and bruising subside. By one-month post-procedure, you should start to see the effects of the procedure.

How long will the results last?

Participants in the clinical study demonstrated a lasting reduction in the appearance of their cellulite when assessed one year after the procedure.
